Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-5 days. 

This can be delayed due to, but not limited to, acts of god, weather, holidays, size of shipment, law enforcement, etc. Bona Voluntate will do everything in their power to mitigate issues and provide efficient service to clients.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Bona Voluntate can ship to PO boxes per customer request. Bona Voluntate does not assume liability for missing or lost items.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Tracking will be provided as soon as the products ship. Confirmation will be sent as soon as we receive your order.

JRW Holdings, LLC is only responsible for shipping products and is not to be held liable for errors or omissions. ALL PRODUCT SHIPPED IS AT THE CONSIGNEE (CUSTOMER) RISK. THEY MUST UNDERSTAND LEGALITY IN THEIR LOCAL AND STATE JURISDICTION. ALL COA’S ARE SUBJECT TO STANDARD OF ERROR VARIANCE AND JRW HOLDINGS, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR MINOR DEVIATIONS OF LAB RESULTS. RETESTS MUST BE WITH REPUTABLE LAB WITH PROPERLY CALIBRATED TESTING EQUIPMENT AND PROPER STANDARDS FROM CAYMAN OR ANOTHER REPUTABLE SOURCE.

Any returns or reshipments will be charged for shipping. 

Insurance is available but must be requested. JRW Holdings LLC utilizes Parcel Guard. Cost is $1.39 per $100 of declared value. Example: $5000.00 value shipment would have an additional cost of $69.50. UPS: SHIPPING CONCERNS, QUESTIONS, UPDATES, PROBLEMS PLEASE FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING:

Bona Voluntate Utilizes a 3PL to conduct business with UPS. They help with costs and logistical issues to ensure a better experience. 

The Subject of the Email MUST have your tracking number(s).

If you do not CC us, they will not assist. We must authorize them to give information to you. 

They are able to contact UPS more quickly and find missing documents, issues, lost packages, open investigations, and more. Essentially streamlining any and all issues and helping to mitigate further issues.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Bona Voluntate is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Bona Voluntate is not liable for international seizures. It is the clients responsibility to know what they can import based on local and regional laws.

Damages

Bona Voluntate is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Bona Voluntate will attempt delivery to any country where CBD and Hemp are legal. Client is to know if they can import the products prior to placing orders. Failure to check can result in seizures and further penalties from local customs.
