Shipping Policy — Bona Voluntate

Overview

JRW Holdings, LLC dba Bona Voluntate ships wholesale, business-to-business orders both domestically and internationally. This policy describes our order processing, carriers, shipping costs, and the respective responsibilities of Bona Voluntate and the buyer.

Order Processing

Orders are processed only after payment has cleared and business eligibility has been confirmed. Processing times vary with order size, product availability, and any documentation requirements. Any estimated timeframes we provide are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Carriers & Third-Party Logistics

We ship primarily via UPS through our third-party logistics partner, Unishippers. For any shipping concerns, questions, updates, or problems, please email George Rosales at george.rosales@unishippers.com and CC ups.service.tb@unishippers.com, Connor@bonavoluntate.com, and Sales@bonavoluntate.com.

The subject line of your email MUST include your tracking number(s). If you do not CC us, they will not assist you, because we must authorize them to share information with you.

Shipping Costs, Customs & Duties

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing. For international shipments, the buyer is the importer of record and is solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees, as well as compliance with all import regulations in the destination country.

Title & Risk of Loss

Title and all risk of loss pass to the buyer/consignee upon tender of the products to the carrier. All product ships at the consignee’s risk. The consignee must understand and comply with the legality of the products in their local, state, and national jurisdiction.

Insurance

Insurance is available but must be requested. We utilize Parcel Guard via ShipStation at a rate of $1.39 per $100 of declared value. For example, a $5,000 shipment would carry an additional cost of $69.50. Uninsured shipments are not covered for loss or damage. Lost, Delayed, or Seized Packages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JRW Holdings, LLC dba Bona Voluntate is not liable for additional shipping costs, taxes, duties, punitive or incidental damages, insurance costs or denied claims, lost packages, seized packages, carrier delays, or regulatory changes. We will reasonably assist in opening carrier investigations, but we are only responsible for shipping the products and are not liable for errors or omissions beyond our reasonable control.
