1. Overview

JRW Holdings, LLC dba Bona Voluntate sells on a wholesale, business-to-business basis. Because our products are raw materials and ingredients sold for further manufacturing and resale, all sales are generally final. This policy explains the limited circumstances in which returns or claims are accepted.

2. Inspection & Claim Window

Buyers must inspect all products upon receipt and notify us of any defect, damage in transit, or order discrepancy within 5 business days of delivery. Claims made after this window may not be accepted.

3. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only for products that are defective or were shipped in error, and only if unopened, unused, and in original packaging. We do not accept returns on products that have been opened, used, further processed, or repackaged. Minor variance within standard analytical tolerance on a Certificate of Analysis is not grounds for return.

4. Return Authorization (RMA)

No returns are accepted without a prior Return Merchandise Authorization. Contact us to request an RMA before shipping anything back; unauthorized returns may be refused.

5. Return Shipping & Restocking

Except where a product is defective or shipped in error, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee may apply. Returns and reshipments are charged for shipping.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected; we reserve the right to decline a refund for product that does not meet the eligibility conditions above.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Custom formulations, custom or white-label orders, clearance items, and any product altered after delivery are non-returnable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any return or product claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the specific product at issue, and we shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. The buyer is responsible for compliance and the lawful use and resale of all products.
